Joe Foley Joins UVP’s BioImaging Systems Team

Upland, CA … UVP, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Foley to our BioImaging Systems Sales Team. Joe’s responsibilities will cover sales, systems demonstrations and applications support for the South East US Region. Joe will be located in Houston, Texas. Jeff Pieri, BioImaging Sales Manager, said, “Joe is a welcome addition to the BioImaging team.”

Joe, who grew up in Central New Jersey, completed a four-year enlistment in the Air Force before matriculating at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He graduated with a BS in Radiologic Technology and then joined the faculty of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as a Lecturer in the Radiography Program. Most of his career has been in radiology. He was an Applications Specialist with Konica Medical Corporation and Agfa Medical before entering the sales arena as capital equipment Account Manager with R.P. Kincheloe (Philips Medical) and National Sales Manager with S&S Technology in Houston. He started his own marketing and consulting company, Leading Edge Medical, in 2000 and did a 2-year stint as an Application Specialist for E-Z-EM Company in their CT Injector Division. While covering 13 Northeast States for E-Z-EM, Joe did demos, installations and applications on computer controlled CT contrast injectors.
