We are pleased to announce that Analytik Jena US has successfully completed the transfer of our UVP brand Light Sources, Meter/Meter Calibrations, UV Handheld Lamps, B100 Devices, and Replacement Tube/Lamp products, historically known under the UVP brand, to Jelight Company Inc. through an asset purchase agreement.
Jelight’s long‑standing leadership in ultraviolet technologies creates a strong foundation for the continuation of these products.
