VisionWorks App Account Deletion Request

This page is for users of the VisionWorks mobile app, developed by Analytik Jena US LLC.
If you have created an account in the VisionWorks app using Google, Apple, or Email/OTP login, and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, you may do so using the form or contact details below.

 

What Happens When You Request Deletion:  

  • All personal data linked to your account will be permanently deleted.
  • This action is irreversible.
  • Requests are processed within 5 business days. 

 

How to Request Deletion:

Please include the subject line: “VisionWorks Account Deletion Request” and the email address used to sign into the app. 

If you contact us via email, we may reach out to verify identity before processing the request.
